I found this hotel to be in a strategic location close to everything, which was convenient for my business trip. The welcoming and helpful receptionist was a standout, but some staff members seemed to lack customer service training. The homemade pastries at the dining area were a nice touch. The lack of space for a desk in the rooms on the mezzanine level was a drawback, but the overall value for money was good.
